Broad Room $675

This is our only space with hardwood floors. This room is 912 square feet and is primarily used for meetings, small gatherings, and cocktail hours. This room features 18 foot ceilings and two entrances.

Congaree Room $1350

This classic style meeting room is equipped for mid-sized events. This space features a built-in dance floor and easy access to outdoors. The space is 1,501 square feet and is perfect for hosting any type event. 


Capital City Salon $2900

Featuring Gothic-style chandeliers, a built-in dance floor and bar area, exclusive outdoor access, and a two door entrance. With 2,950 square feet, this room is perfect for special banquets and meetings. 

Grand Ballroom (Salon A, B, and C) $7000

This 13,697 square foot space is our largest event space. It features elegant carpeting, crystal chandeliers, recessed dimmable lighting, and built-in screens. This room can also be split into three smaller meeting spaces.

This salon features extravagant chandeliers, crown molding, a two door entrance, and 6,721 square feet of space. This ballroom may be rented in conjunction with Salon B and Salon C. Please see Grand Ballroom for more details.

This salon can be rented in conjunction with Salon A and/or C, or can be rented alone.  This space is 3,344 square feet and is perfect for wedding ceremonies and galas. This ballroom also features chandeliers, and a two door entrance.

This salon can be rented in conjunction with Salon B or can be rented alone. This space is 3,632 square feet and is perfect for hosting any event.

Grand Medallion Center $10,125

Exclusive use of all rental facilities. The building has over 43,000 square feet of flexible event space perfect for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, and more. 



Wedding Package $6500

Use of Salon A for Reception, Salon B for Ceremony, Broad and Congaree for Wedding Party Suites, Main Lobby for Cocktail Hour, 16X16ft Dance Floor



ALL RENTALS INCLUDE TABLES AND CHAIRS.
