Booking for 2024 and 2025!
Medallion Center no longer has an in-house caterer or bar service. All outside caterers must be licensed and insured and must provide these documents prior to event. Outside caterers do not have access to any kitchen facilities with the exception of a sink and water. Cooking on-site is prohibited. The outside caterer is responsible for providing their own chinaware and serving items. The outside caterer is responsible for food/trash clean up after the event.
Tables and chairs to accommodate capacity in each room
Additional chairs after 800 may be rented.
Clients may rent:
Linens (black or white) $10-$16++ per tablecloth
Chair Covers (black or white) $2.50-3.50 per chair
Screens and projectors are available to rent upon request
